Is the training at “Taiji & Meditation” right for me?
Our training is for anyone who wants to make real, tangible progress on their inner path.
How can I start the training?
You can start at any time.
We ask you to first watch a class. This gives you a clear impression of the training, and we can clarify any questions that may arise.
Simply get in touch with me, and we’ll arrange a time.
What should I wear for training?
You don’t need any special training clothes. Comfortable clothing and flat shoes with a flexible sole are perfectly sufficient.
Isn’t Taiji something for older people?
That’s a common misconception. Taiji is suitable for all age groups.
In our system, many younger people train with us - people who are looking for a way to connect body and mind beyond gyms and wellness culture.
How often should I train?
Even though our daily lives are often full of appointments, work, and responsibilities, deep change requires time, repetition, and presence.
It’s like learning a musical instrument: if you only pick up the guitar once a week, you’ll remain a beginner for a long time.
The same applies to our training. Practicing once a week feels good - you’ve done something for yourself and you feel better. But for deeper, lasting development, more is needed.
With regular practice, a new field of experience opens up. That’s why we ask you to attend at least two classes per week. This allows perception to deepen, the body to remember more quickly, and real movement to take place.
Inner development begins with the decision to give it space.
How long does it take to learn the Taiji form?
After about 3–4 months, you will have gone through the Short Form once in its entirety.
This doesn’t mean you have mastered it yet but you will know the sequence and be able to practice more easily within the group. The real deepening begins after that.
How long does it take before I notice changes?
This varies from person to person. Initial effects are often felt during practice itself: more calm, clarity, and energy. These changes are valuable but often temporary.
Deeper changes take time. They grow quietly in the background and often become visible only later.
Those who continue practicing anchor these changes permanently.
