Taiji originally belongs to the Chinese martial arts. If you look at Taiji from the outside, you see a sequence of soft, calm movements. The body is precisely aligned and moves fluidly without
any part of the body stopping at any time.
Taiji can be used for self-defence and promotes health. However, the main work takes place internally. This is an aspect that is emphasized in our training.
Training takes place continuously throughout the year, regardless of weather, holidays, public holidays.
Classes are given in German and/or English as required.
By ZVV to Bäckeranlage (Kreis 4, near Helvetiaplatz): directly at the tram stop «Bäckeranlage» (tram 8 or bus 31).
