Taiji and Meditation in Zürich

body - mind - energy - spirit

Taiji is an internal style of Chinese martial arts. Looking at Taiji from the outside, one sees a sequence of soft, calm movements. The body is precisely aligned and moves fluidly without any part of the body ever stopping.
Taiji (Tai Chi) puts Daoist principles into practice. Through the coordination and relaxation of mind and body, we develop inner strength and harmony.
Taiji promotes health and can be used for self-defence. However, the main work takes place internally. An aspect that is emphasised in our training.

In our group we practice the Taiji system of Patrick Kelly. Patrick Kelly has been on the spiritual path for more than 50 years and is the only non-Chinese student of the «inner school» of Master Huang Xingxian. He leads a worldwide network of 100 teachers and 1000s of students.
